Judging by how I can only see myself dating a hot lesbian, it is easy to assume that all of these are true. But, upon closer investigation, #1 is the obvious lie because the neighbors don't think Katie and Natalie are a hot lesbian couple, they know Katie and Natalie are a hot lesbian couple. Case closed!
